| Why wouldn't Sears want its employees to be involved in Union? In todays economy,it is easier to take benefits and rights away from your employees rather than taking your high end lifestyles away from yourself. If your employees are bonded with each other and belong to a Union, you have an equal entity that is supported by its own group of lawyers,worldwide support,and a contract that you signed,that may effect your million dollar spending account. This site is alive and well. We are in contact with other sears units across the country from results of our inquiries from our past conferrence calls. We are checking out the possibilty of forming a system council with IBEW membership. This is achievable and a reality if these drives are successfull.
